the hotel location was good, i could walk to many places nearby without problems.

i found some issues i didn't like. the restaurant closed early, which i found inconvenient because i wanted to have dinner there but wasn't able. also, the wifi signal in my room were weak and made it difficult for do work.

the hotel has beautiful gardens! they are tended to daily. my room was decent sized with a balcony. the room wasn't super modern, yet it was traditional and functional. it was always kept clean.

the restaurant and bar had limited hours, closing relatively early each day. this meant that poolside service wasn't available in the late afternoon.

I stayed here in late November. The weather was wonderfully warm. The hotel features lush gardens around the central pool area, SUCH a delight. The staff IS so friendly and helpful. The breakfast included a great variety of choices.

My room's bathroom floor was tile. It COULD be slippery when wet, use caution.

I had issues with the pool bar. Staff made zero effort to come to the pool to take any orders despite being next to it.. i even tipped them well on the first orders. the employees stood in the corner and talked every time i walked into the bar.
